Sport-Video - Apache Star

New sports video for Klüh. To set a new world record between Miami (USA) and Cuba with the powerboat Apache Star was the vision of entrepreneur and sportsman Roger Klüh.

After years of preparation and various test races, August 1, 2015 was set for the final world record attempt between Key West and Havana. After one and a half hours Roger Klüth and his crew safely reached the port of Havana in a world record time with the Apache Star.

Already in 2014 we had the opportunity to shoot the official trailer for this event and to accompany various test races with the camera on site.

For the final record attempt we followed Roger Klüh back to the USA and produced an image trailer about his extensive preparations, his sportive work and the achievement of the world record.

The short reportage shows the different stages it took to realize his dream. With footage from Cuba, Miami and Germany, the contribution documents Roger Klüh’s personal fighting spirit and his passion for his project in a multifaceted way.

Various TV stations such as N24, Sat1 or WDR reported on Roger Klüth’s world record with our prepared press material.
